About the Role:
We are looking for native English speakers to join a kindergarten in Jinan, Shandong province. This is a full-time, school-based position teaching children aged 3 to 6 in a supportive and well-structured environment.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off
• Teaching hours: Under 35 hours per week
• Contract: One academic year (August 2026 – August 2027)
Requirements:
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor ‘s degree or above
Benefits:
You’ll receive a monthly salary of 16,000 RMB, plus a separate housing allowance of 2,000 RMB. The position includes fully paid winter and summer holidays, 13 paid public holidays, and an additional 9 days off in summer. You’ll also receive curriculum support, free job training, accident insurance, a 5,000 RMB renewal bonus, and full work visa sponsorship.
