About This Position

🎈 [WINI PLAY] Easy & Fun Play-Based English Center Hiring Native Teachers (Jamsil)

Wini Play is a premium, play-based English learning center located in Jamsil, Seoul (near Seokchon Lake). We are currently looking for an energetic, warm, and proactive Native English Speaker who truly loves playing with young children and wants to grow together with us!

Unlike traditional Hagwons, we don't just ask you to follow a rigid script. While we provide a fully structured premium environment, we deeply value your personal teaching/educational experience. We are looking for a creative teacher who can actively brainstorm with us, share fresh ideas, and help evolve the Wini Play experience!

🔥 IMPORTANT: We highly prefer candidates who can commit to BOTH the Regular Track and the Summer Camp for long-term stability.

🗓️ WORKING SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

❶ Position A: Regular Part-Time Track (Starts ASAP)

- Standard Schedule: 6 days a week (Every Monday OFF)

- Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (4 hours/day)

- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (6 hours)

- Sunday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (4 hours)

- Total: 26 hours per week (Approx. 113 hours/month)

- ✨ SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY (Negotiable): While we highly prefer candidates who can work both Saturday and Sunday, the schedule is highly adjustable! If the standard hours are difficult for you, we can negotiate and adjust the days/hours (e.g., working only Saturday or only Sunday).

- Hourly Rate: 18,000 KRW (Inclusive of weekly holiday allowance)

- Expected Monthly Salary: Approx. 2,030,000+ KRW (Based on full standard hours; will be adjusted if hours change).

❷ Position B: 3-Week Intensive Summer Camp

- Camp Period: July 26th – August 14th, 2026 (Monday to Friday, 3 weeks total)

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (6 hours/day)

- Hourly Rate: 18,000 KRW

- Expected Total Pay: Approx. 1,620,000 KRW

🎯 Job Details & Ideal Candidate Requirements

- Korean Proficiency (Highly Preferred): Candidates with conversational Korean skills (speaking & listening) who can easily communicate and cooperate with Korean staff will be given top priority.

- Mindset: Open-minded, growth-oriented, and eager to brainstorm and collaborate with management to develop premium programs. Must have a genuine love for children and the confidence to approach and bond with young learners.

- Class Size: Super low student-to-teacher ratio! Strictly MAX 4 students per class.

- Preference: Female teachers preferred (Due to the nature of our young student demographics).

- Nationality/Passport: Must hold a passport from one of the 7 English-speaking countries (USA, UK, CA, IRE, AUS, NZ).

- Eligible Visa Status:

- F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6 Visa holders

- D-2, D-4, D-10 Visa holders are WELCOME if majoring in English Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields. (Must be legally eligible to obtain part-time work permission).

- (Note: E-2 visa holders are NOT accepted for this position).
